Off the shelf solution - These packs contain all the components required to complete 10m² or 20m² of raised access flooring delivered on one pallet. Several panel specifications and pedestal heights available directly from stock.

Microdek®

Microdek® is a registered trade mark of Metalfloor Ltd; the system provides a low cost alternative to steel encapsulated systems and is ideally suited to speculative office developments and refurbishment projects.

Steel Encapsulated Panels

Metalfloor holds stocks of a wide range of steel encapsulated wood-core & calcium sulphate 600 x 600 mm access floor panels in stock; to meet Light, Medium and Heavy Grade applications - panel thicknesses include 23mm / 26mm / 28mm / 29mm & 31mm. Panels are available as gravity lay, or screw-down.

Static Control Panels

FDEB - Full Depth Edge Banded panels 600 x 600 x 42mm incorporating factory bonded Polyflor 5030 Steel Grey static dissipative vinyl in both PSA Medium & Heavy Grade – Large quantities available directly from stock for next day delivery. We provide factory bonded finishes from other leading vinyl and carpet brand manufacturers on short delivery lead times.

Natural Hardwood

Metalfloor offers a comprehensive range of precision hand crafted raised access floor panels complete with natural factory bonded hardwoods in a range of standard and intricate designs. Any design can be produced from single or mixture of any available hardwood, including Oak, Ash, Maple, Beech, Walnut, Cherry and Afromosa to name a few.

Special Hard Finishes

We carry a stock of panels factory bonded with Italian porcelain in two colours, Beige and Dark Grey. These are ideally suited to reception or break-out areas. An almost infinite range of porcelain and stoneware panels are available on 4 – 6 weeks delivery lead-time. Other specialist finishes available on short delivery lead times include natural and re-constituted marble, granite stainless steel and panels constructed from glass.

Grills & Perforated Panels

Ideally suited for use within computer room, Data-centre and clean room environments our 600 X 600 mm aluminium air grilles are available with or without dampers directly from stock. Metalfloor also stocks 600 x 600 mm all steel perforated panels in two specifications with or without dampers c/w Polyflor 5030 steel grey vinyl.

Steel Adjustable Pedestals

Metalfloor offer a comprehensive range of high quality BSEN & PSA pedestals directly from stock. We generally carry around 100,000 pedestals in sizes ranging from 26mm through to 600mm. The majority of our pedestals are supplied in boxes for easy handling and distribution.

External Plastic Pedestals

Ideally suited for roof terraces or external areas, we offer a large range of fully adjustable pedestal supports and slope correctors in a wide range of heights. In addition we supply an unrivaled range of external panel solutions to suit.

Pedestal Gaskets

Metalfloor stocks a wide selection of conductive and non-conductive “universal fit” pedestal gaskets for use with our own pedestals or other 90mm Ø pedestal heads produced by other manufacturers. Gaskets include 4-way field & 2-way perimeter.

Pedestal Adhesive

One and Two part solvent free polyurethane based pedestal adhesive from leading Manufacturers available directly from stock. We also stock “thread-lock” adhesive for use on pedestals.

Floor Sealer

Astral brand water based PVA based floor sealer available in 5ltr or 20ltr packs, coverage is 70m² when diluted 4-1, Red & Yellow available in volume straight from stock.

Perimeter Tapes & Gaskets

Class “O” Aluminium foil 50mm wide x 45 lm for use when sealing cut panel edges and Close cell perimeter expansion gasket 7.5 lm x 20mm wide x 10mm thick always on stock.

Cable Grommets

We stock a wide range of standard and brush seal grommets are available off the shelf for next day delivery. We also offer an offsite hole cutting service into panels supplied by us.

Floor Boxes

Metalfloor supply a wide and competitively priced range of 1, 2, 3 & 4 compartment remote outlet units together with all the ancillary items required.

Panel Lifiting Tools

Always in stock, a selection of single or twin cup suction lifting tools in either plastic or aluminium suitable for safely removing steel encapsulated and vinyl bonded panels, together with spiked lifting tools for carpet bonded panels

Pallet Handling

Metalfloor stock a range of German Brand hand pallet trucks compatible with the narrow pallets used within the raised access flooring Industry. These are 480mm wide x 800mm / 1000mm or 1150mm long
